VANILLA MATCHA SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk you prefer)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (choose one without added sugar)

  • 1–2 tsp matcha green tea powder (start with 1 tsp if you’re new to matcha — it has a bit of a kick)

  • ½ frozen banana

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • 1 large handful spinach or kale (optional, but a great way to add some greens)
